Human Sessions
These sessions are intuitively guided and tailored to what your body needs in the moment. Drawing from Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, AromaTouch techniques, and Kinesiology Taping when appropriate, this work supports those navigating trauma, injury, chronic pain, and stress. Each session offers a calm, grounded space to regulate the nervous system, encourage gentle release, and reconnect with the body’s natural healing wisdom.

Canine Sessions
These sessions are intuitively guided and tailored to what each dog needs in the moment. Using a combination of Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and Kinesiology Taping when appropriate, this work supports dogs dealing with trauma, injury, chronic pain, stress, or nervous system imbalance. Sessions are calm, respectful, and dog-led, allowing space for the body to soften, regulate, and return to a more balanced state.

Equine Sessions
These sessions are intuitively guided and tailored to each horse’s needs in the moment. Using Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, and EquiBow as appropriate, they support horses dealing with trauma, injury, chronic pain, stress, or nervous system imbalance. Sessions can be restorative or focused on maintenance for the performance horse, and are always horse-led, providing a safe space for release, balance, and ease in both body and mind.
