Balanced Bodyworks Client Policies To keep your experience relaxing, supportive, and truly restorative, please take a moment to read through the guidelines below. These policies help protect your session time and ensure the space feels calm, intentional, and welcoming for everyone. Cancellation Policy Your session time is reserved just for you. Balanced Bodyworks requires 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or not attended—will be charged the full session fee. Thank you for understanding that this allows the space to support others who may be waiting for care. Arrival Time To maintain a peaceful flow and honor the energetic preparation before each session, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. This ensures the space is grounded, ready, and fully yours when you step inside. Hydration Please come well hydrated and continue to drink water after your session. Whether your work is energetic, therapeutic, or both, hydration helps your body integrate the shifts and release tension gently. Clothing Wear comfortable, relaxed clothing that allows your body to soften and unwind with ease. Your comfort deeply supports the effectiveness of the session. Wellness Considerations If you’re feeling unwell, experiencing a fever, or coming down with something, please reach out to reschedule. Healing work is most effective when your body is in a safe and receptive state—and this also helps protect the wellness of everyone in the space. Respect for the Space To help maintain a deeply calming environment, please silence your phone upon arrival and keep devices tucked away. This is your time to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.
